James E. Smith, Jr.
James E. Smith, Jr. is an American politician and a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. He has represented the 72nd district in Richland County since 1997. A Democrat, he has endorsed Joe Biden in the 2008 U.S. presidential election. [1]
